SHIPPING POLICY
Drawings and paintings are shipped via the United States Postal Service. Drawings are rolled up in a shipping tube, ready to frame. Paintings are acrylic on canvas that is stretched over a wooden frame. These can be hung as-is or can be placed in a separate frame, if desired. Paintings are shipped in boxes. All items are well-packed, and insured.
refund POLICY
All sales are final so please be absolutely sure the artwork is something you would like to purchase. In the rare case that your print arrives damaged, please send a photo of the damaged area, and on a case-by-case basis, your money will be refunded, or the item will be replaced, whichever you prefer. Original drawings and paintings cannot be replaced. If an original arrives damaged, I would ask that you ship it back to me. I will attempt to repair the damage if possible, or refund your money, whichever you prefer.
